Newspapers, at first, started out as a newspaper. Today, newspapers have become an essential part of human life. The profession that involved creating newspapers is called journalism today. A newspaper is a print medium that publishes information on hot sensational topics and breaking news from around the world. It connects people around the world and keeps us well informed. From everyday tragedies to sports, politics, entertainment, commercials and more, a newspaper has it all.

People should make a habit of reading newspapers every day. Newspapers also have cool sections for kids like puzzle solving, sudoku, and lots of other cool stories and GK content. Reading a newspaper is fun because it refreshes your mood. You can improve your vocabulary in the language in which it is printed. Newspapers aren’t limited to any language, and I think that’s the best part of it. Nowadays, newspapers are not only available in print form, but are also published online in the form of news websites. Each journalistic organization has its own print publication as well as information websites. Today, in this modern world, newspapers play an important role in the exercise of freedom of expression.

The national newspaper that I read every day is “The Hitavada”. It is one of the best-selling and best-selling newspapers in my city. Unlike all the other newspapers like “The Times of India”, “The Hindu”, “The Hindustan Times” and to name a few which are available all over India, the Hitavada is distributed in only four selected cities. And these are Nagpur, Raipur, Jabalpur and Bhopal. It is divided into two sections: “The Hitavada” which keeps you up to date with events and news from around the world, and “The City Line” which keeps you up to date with the comings and goings of the city. An additional segment is printed every Sunday called “Insight” which contains various elements such as articles on social topics, poems, health and fitness, biographies, facts about feng shui, astrology and many more. interesting sections including articles on different vacation destinations and places to see in India.

To conclude, I would like to stress that newspaper reading is of the utmost importance for every individual as it not only broadens our views and aspects of life, but also allows us to stay connected to society. The newspaper, being a very organized industry today, it is one of the cheapest and most powerful weapons in the final analysis.
