One Step Mac & Cheese

5 cups of Great Value Skim Milk
3 tablespoons of Great Value sugar
1 tbsp Great Value Butter, melted
1 pkg. (16 ounces) Great Value Whole Wheat Elbow Macaroni
Great Value Salt and Pepper to taste
2 cups Great Value Low Fat Shredded Cheddar Cheese
1. Preheat the oven to 350 ° F.
2. In a bowl, whisk together the milk, egg and sugar.
3. In a 2-quart oblong baking dish, combine remaining ingredients, reserving cheese for later, if desired. Carefully pour the milk mixture over the macaroni and mix well.
4. Bake, covered, for 60 to 65 minutes or until all of the liquid is almost absorbed. Uncover, add the remaining cheese and cook for about 5 more minutes, or until the cheese melts.
