As busy as we get every day , we still want to organize an honest and hearty meal for our family. While not all folks have the posh of your time to cook extravagant dinners, we will prefer to cook simpler, time-saving recipes that are even as good. If you’re pressed for time, try these easy yet delicious 5-ingredient chicken recipes for dinner!

Easy Broccoli and casserole

What you need:

1 can condensed broccoli cheese soup
1 package chicken stuffing mix
2 cups cubed cooked chicken
1 cup broccoli florets
1 cup shredded cheddar

Mix together broccoli cheese soup (don’t dilute!), cooked chicken and broccoli florets during a large bowl. Transfer mixture to an 11×7-inch baking dish. Prepare the chicken stuffing mix consistent with the instructions within the package then add it to the baking dish. Top with cheddar . Cover and bake during a pre-heated oven (350F) for 20 minutes. When ready, remove cover and continue baking for an additional quarter-hour . Allow to chill for several minutes before serving.

Apricot Spiced Chicken

What you need:

4 boneless and skinless pigeon breast halves
1/3 cup apricot preserves
1/4 cup chilli sauce
1 tablespoon hot mustard
Salt to taste

Combine apricot preserves, chilli sauce, mustard and salt (you can season with pepper if desired) during a saucepan and stir together over medium heat for about 3 minutes, or until heated through. Coat an outsized baking pan with cooking spray. Place the chicken within the baking pan and broil for six to eight minutes per side, brushing generously with spicy sauce during the previous couple of minutes of cooking. Allow to chill and sit for a couple of minutes before serving.

Mexican-Style Chicken Rice

What you need:

1 can diced tomatoes with onions
1 package Mexican-style rice and pasta mix
1 jalapeno , seeded and chopped
2 cups cubed chicken breasts, cooked
2 tablespoons butter

Melt the butter during a skillet and cook the rice and pasta mix for five minutes or until browned. Add the tomatoes (with liquid), some water (about 3/4 cup) and therefore the contents of the rice seasoning packet. Bring the mixture to a boil. Lower heat and continue cooking for 10 minutes. When ready, stir within the chicken and jalapeno. Cover and cook until liquid is absorbed, about 10 minutes.
